The project concerns the reconstruction of an aggregate severely damaged and partially destroyed following the 2016 seismic events that struck central Italy. The building aggregate is located in Nocelleto, in the municipality of Castelsantangelo sul Nera (MC).

The aggregate consists of two building sections separated by structural joints. The superstructure is built with steel beams and columns, and the floors are composite slabs featuring corrugated steel decking and a concrete topping. The roofs are made of wood and steel with X-LAM panels.

The project has been developed in a BIM environment using REVIT software.
