The purpose of the Structural Audit was to identify, through a thorough visual inspection, any potential structural issues that could pose risks to people or property. The audit assigned a priority level to each intervention based on the severity of the risk, along with an estimate of the necessary costs for repair or maintenance.
The intervention priorities were determined using a matrix that evaluated both the defect severity (risk) and the level of exposure to that risk (impact on people and/or property, operational functionality).
