The works include the structural expansion of two distinct areas, described below:
East Zone: Expansion of the current airport (sectors I and II of the existing structure), creation of the “Régionale” building, creation of a tunnel connecting the two buildings, construction of a waste disposal facility, and a covered pedestrian walkway.
West Zone: Expansion of the existing buildings (sector V of the existing structure), creation of the “Estacade” building, creation of the “baggage handling” building, and construction of a “conveyor” tunnel connecting the baggage handling building to the expansion.
The project also includes enlargement and renovation works on the existing airport.
