As part of the post-earthquake reconstruction efforts following the 2016 seismic events, PM&D designed a residential building in Borgo S. Antonio, in the municipality of Visso (MC).
The design was carried out with full respect for the historical, landscape, and cultural value of the original building, working in parallel with both an analytical model and a BIM model.
The new structure, maintaining the original dimensions and footprint, is built partly in reinforced concrete and partly with steel structural elements.
